- FPT19817 - 1962-1980 - Clear plastic gold-speckled ball with multi-colored wooden balls inside. The ball has an angled red plastic yoke marked with a "FISHER-PRICE" imprint. The top of the yoke has an attached wooden push stick. Measures 6-1/4" wide, 22-1/4" long overall.
- FPT4818 - 1981-1989 - Clear plastic gold-speckled ball with multi-colored plastic balls inside. The ball has a red plastic yoke with a threaded hole in the center to accept the wooden push stick. Measures 5-1/4" wide, 22-1/4" long overall. WFL: 07-AG-15-5-B.

- The model number changed in 1990 to #2033 Rattle Ball.
- In 1993 the Rattle Ball changed to #2004 Rattle Ball with a large red plastic push handle opposed to a wooden push handle.
