Smooshees were introduced in 1988 by Fisher-Price and they remained in production until 1989. Even though the Smooshee line was short-lived, several different Smooshees and accessories were made during those years.

Smooshees by definition, are small stuffed cloth dolls or animals with preprinted facial features, clothes, and/or body decorations. Smooshees can be smooshed into small accessories that they were sold with. This rather unique concept was copied by some small toy company calling their figures Lil' Stuffers (WFL: 07-AI-01-0-B). The Lil' Stuffers figures are the same size and shape as the Fisher-Price Smooshee Cuddlers (human figures). As much as they tried, no one else could manage to pull off the cuteness and appeal of the Fisher-Price Smooshees.

See our list of all Smooshee sets in order by Model Number. All Smooshees were sold with small sewn-on tags marked with a "S" Smooshee trademark symbol. None of the tags, however, are marked with a Fisher-Price model number. Unless you already know the model number of the set that you are looking for, you will probably be able to find your Smooshee or Smooshee accessories quicker and easier in our Smooshee Identification pages listed below:
