Description: 1970 introduced 3 new Little People sets that were designed as accessories for the #952 Play Family House. These sets were the #728 Decorator Set, #726 Patio Set and the #729 Kitchen set. The Decorator Set includes a beautiful new livingroom and bedroom suit. Although the beds, stuffed chairs and coffee table are the same style as those that were sold with the #952 House, the decorators set introduced 3 new pieces: a two-seat couch, a TV, and a round table with a litho of a checkerboard game. The couch was used in other sets (although not necessarily in the colors listed here). A round table was used in several other sets, but this is the only set that uses a round table with a checkerboard litho. A TV was used in only 3 Little People sets, this was the first set, 1972's #909 Play Family Rooms was the 2nd, and 1975's #938 Sesame Street Apartment House was the 3rd. These TVs are easy to distinguish as the #909 TV is either red or blue, the #938 TV has a litho of Grover on the front, and any other colored TV with a puppet litho went to this set.
