Description: This is a 4-piece dollhouse patio set complete with a grill, two seats, and a dog.

Accessories:
- FPT130 - Black plastic stand-up style grill that has a hinged lid, bright metal cooking grate inside, and sits on a pole atop a square base. Measures 1-1/8" wide, 1-1/8" long, 2-1/4" tall.
- FPT1985 - Brown plastic (Redwood simulated) lawn chair. WFL: 07-AC-01-4-E. *See Variations Below.
- FPT1986 - Orange rectangular plastic "beach" lounge chair that has a reclining feature, simulated wooden slats, and four simulated wheels. Size: 4" long x 1-3/4" wide x 5/8" tall (reclined) or 1-3/4" tall (upright). *See 1985 variations below.
- FPT1142 - Collie style dog with a jointed head and legs. This is the same Collie dog that was used in #307 The Adventure People and Their Wilderness Patrol.
- FPT5135 - White cardboard sheet with various images of home furnishings that can be cut out with scissors and used to decorate the FP dollhouses. ID #288015, copyright 1981. Shows images of 2-sun-catchers in frames, 1-white table doily, 1-oval mirror in aqua frame, 1-large rectangle wall mirror in wooden frame, 2-small oval pictures in wood frames, 1-white china plate, 1-black fruit bowl, 1-artists' painting kit, 3-leaf-shaped hand fans, 1-black table placemat, 3-small wall pictures, 1-violin and bow, 1-tennis racket, and 1-large brown wooden display case with knick-knacks. Size: 7-1/2" wide x 4-5/8" tall. NOTE: has a 2-1/2" long x 5/8" tall notch in the upper right-hand corner of the card.

- 1980-1985 - The grill did not have a silver grill tray.
- 1985 only - The lawn chair and recliner were yellow opposed to orange simulated:
