Description: The #972 Cash Register is the very first Cash Register ever made by Fisher-Price. The register has lots of bright colors, action, sound, and pretend money to keep children busy. When the keys are pressed, a sales-indicator with a cute picture of a Mother Goose fairy tale pops up. When the handle is turned, a bell will ring, the cash drawer will snap open, and all sales indicators will fall back down! The register has 3 different shaped rectangular holes above the cash drawer to slide the accessory coins into. The coins drop down into the cash drawer.

Accessories:
- B972A - Cash register with a white wooden base, red wooden sides, and a red wooden upper housing. The base has paper lithographs on the sides with pictures of 4 round circles with letters in the center. The register has a black rectangular wooden coin shelf, a rectangular wooden cash drawer on the front with a paper lithograph of 4 white circles marked 0-3 with different colored borders, and 3 different shaped coin holes above the coin shelf. One side of the register has a GREEN plastic crank handle that rings and bell and opens the cash drawer, and YELLOW plastic crank handle housing. The register has 4 different colored plastic keys and a rounded clear plastic protective shield that covers 4 wooden sales indicators. The sales indicators have paper lithographs of Mother Goose nursery rhymes. When the keys are pressed, the sales indicator above the button will pop up. The sales indicators fall back down when the cash drawer is opened. Measures 7-1/2" wide, 6-5/8" deep, and 7-3/4" tall. *See "Variations" below.
