The hat has a red and white striped band, and a white ball on the end. Puppy has white ears with white inner ears that have tiny green polka-dots. He has brown stitched eyes, a red ring around one eye, a large red velvety nose, and a pink stitched mouth. His body is white, and the bottom of his feet that are covered with tiny green polka-dots. Puppy holds a red and white striped stuffed candycane between his paws.
