The head has paper lithographs on the sides and edges of a brown monkey head with a tan face and big blue eyes. Monkey has pink vinyl ears and wears a small round red wooden hat. The monkey has seperate wooden cut-out double-jointed arms with paper lithographs on the sides of brown monkey arms. Monkey rolls on 4 red wooden wheels and the monkey's hands are attached off-center to the 2 front wheels. Monkey also has a long yellow vinyl tail.
