Description: The Galloping Horse and Wagon replaced 1941-1947's #733 Pony Express. Both toys are very similar in action and appearance, yet they are colored slightly different.

Accessories:
- FPT4357 - Red rectangular wooden wagon with 4 wheels that is "pulled" by a wooden horse. The wagon has red paper lithographs on the sides marked "GALLOPING HORSE AND WAGON" in yellow. The horse is solid white with large brown spots, a black mane and tail, red harness, and metal center body. The front and back part of his body move while his metal center body is attached to the cart via steel shafts. The horse rides off the ground (no wheels under him). The horse also makes a realistic "Clip-Clop" as the toy is pulled.

- The following poem can be found in one of Fisher-Price's mini-catalogues from the late 1940's:
The Galloping Horse is on his way
With a load of logs for delivery today
The clippety-clop of his mighty hoofs
Resounds thru the streets and over the roofs.
