Description: Children love learning to read with this ingenious electronic reading toy. The white plastic base is marked "The Puzzle Place" across the bottom and there is a place above it to place any one of the three Puzzle Place accessory books. The Puzzle Place is a PBS series for young children who teach children to celebrate diversity, appriciate the differences between various nationalities, learn the importance of self-esteem, cooperation, and respect for others. Children simply place the book on the reader, turn to any page, and a clear voice reads the words on the page. The bottom of the reader has an easy to use repeat button, there is a storage pocket on the side to store the books, and there is a carry handle on the side for portability. Requires four AA-size batteries (not included). Designed for children ages 3 years and older.
