Description: The Tag Along Turtle is a relatively common pull toy that features an all-plastic turtle that wags his tail and makes a ratchet sound. This turtle was also sold with a Little Golden Book in the #2252 set. The turtle rolls on 4 blue tear-drop shaped wheels, but a new Tag Along Turtle was introduced in 1992 as the #2254 Tag-Along Turtle with red tear-shaped wheels. Designed for children ages 1 to 3 years old.

- This turtle was sold in a 6-7/16" long, 4-11/16" high, 4-5/8" deep box.
- This turtle was also used in 1987-1988's #2252 Tag-Along Turtle, which included a Little Golden Book titled, "The Tortoise and the Hare".
- Redesigned and issued in 1992 as #2254 Tag-Along Turtle with red tear-shaped wheels.
