Fisher-Price Toy Department
Department 7:
Playsets
1985-1985
Description: In 1981, Fisher-Price introduced it's first dollhouse with lights, the #280 Doll House with Lights. During the same year, Fisher-Price introduced an ingenious hutch set, the #263 Deluxe Decorator Set with Lights. The set included an antique hutch that contains a storage compartment for 2 "AA" batteries, the lamps plug into the hutch, then tada! Light!

Both the #280 and #263 were discontinued to make way for 1985's "pretty in pink" dollhouse set and furniture. The #4330 is basically the same as #263, the only difference is the coloring.

Accessories:
  • FPT3631 - Pink antique-style hutch (china cabinet) with two doors that open on the hutch, and a lower base with three drawers that do not open. The cabinet base holds two "AA" batteries and has plug-ins for accessories on the lower part of each side of the base.
  • Two working lamps that plug into the china cabinet base:
    • FPT3632 - Tall brown floor lamp with a white frosted tulip-shaped lamp shade on top.
    • FPT3635 - Square PINK table with four legs that has an attached lamp on top. The lamp has a brown base and a tulip-shaped lamp shade with red flowers on the sides - commonly called a Tiffany Lamp. The lamp has a 9" long cord with a male plug on the end.
