Description: In a private interview with Mr. John Smith, a long time toy designer at Fisher-Price, Mr. Smith explain that Mr. Henry Fisher, the Fisher in Fisher-Price, did not like cats. Over the years Fisher-Price made tons of pull toys that featured dogs, but the two-year-only #499 Kitty Bell and the one-year-only #730 Tabby Ding-Dong are the ONLY two Fisher-Price pull toys that features a kitty cat. The Kitty Bell, introduced in 1950, also featured a new and exclusive action. When pulled, kitty moves his arms up and down to play with the spinning red ball in front of him. The ball strikes a large nickle bell each time it goes around.
