- FPT1646 - Wooden cut-out helicopter with red paper lithographs on the sides and edges of a door on the sides marked "HAPPY HELICOPER" in yellow, a long tail on the back, and a rounded window cockpit on the front with a teddy bear pilot holding a steering wheel in his hands. The helicoper has large yellow plastic propeller blades on the top and a small yellow plastic rear propeller on the top end of the tail. When pulled, the propellers spin and the helicopter makes a "buzz-buzz" sound. Measures 4-1/2" high, 3-1/2" wide, and 9-1/4" long. WFL: 07-AE-25-2-B
