Description: The Magic Scan Checkout Counter will keep little store owners busy for hours! The battery-operated checkout counter has a moving conveyor belt and an electronic scanner that beeps when pretend groceries pass through. The checkout counter has an attached cash register with a cash drawer that pops open, a plastic receipt that pops up, scales to weigh produce, and an adjustable microphone for pretend price checks and store announcements. The set includes a shopping basket, a milk bottle, an apple, and coins for the cash drawer. Requires two C-size batteries (not included). Designed for children ages 3 to 7 years old.

- FPT7077 - Battery operated, motorized supermarket checkout stand with a blue working conveyor belt that has pictures of food on it. The conveyor belt has an electric scanner on the end that really beeps when groceries pass through. The conveyor belt has a yellow plastic base and a white top. A white cash register is attached to the side of the conveyor belt. The register has a yellow key pad, a red cash drawer with a red clicking key on the front of the drawer, a red push button on the register with "Open" on it makes the cash drawer spring open. A red plastic receipt pops-up as the register keys are pushed. The receipt has a white litho with prices printed on it. The register has a blue removable pretend microphone on the side, a green spring-loaded produce scale on the top, and a yellow carry handle on the top for portability. Requires two C-size batteries (not included). WFL: -BW-
- FPT16274 - Blue plastic pretend microphone that attaches to the #2101 Checkout base (FPT7077). The microphone is slightly curved. It has a molded speaker on top, a molded On/Off button on the side, and the "neck" of the microphone has molded rings to simulate an adjustable microphone "neck". The end of the microphone has a squared base with a C-shaped clamp on the bottom. Measures 6-1/2" long. WFL: 07-AI-03-C-D
- FPT7078 - Small blue rectangular shopping basket with 2 hinged green handles. The handles are attached to the long sides of the basket and the handles can fold up or down. Has a "Fisher-Price" imprint on the inside bottom of the basket.
- FPT7079 - Red plastic apple.
- FPT1099 - Brown plastic milk bottle.
- FPT1102 - Green flip-off milk bottle lid.
- 5 round plastic coins with "F" and "P" within circles on one side:
- FPT7081 - Round blue plastic coin with a "F" and "P" within circle imprint on one side of the coin.
- FPT7082 - 2 each - Round red plastic 5¢ coin with a "5" imprint on one side of the coin, and a "F" and "P" within circle imprint on the other side of the coin.
- FPT7083 - 2 each - Round yellow plastic ¢25 coin with a "25" imprint on one side of the coin and "F" and "P" within circle imprint on the other side. This coin is about 1/2 inch thick, much thicker than other plastic coins.

Other Information:
- FPT7084 - This set was sold in a 18" long, 14-3/4" high, 8-1/2" deep box.
- This set was slightly re-designed and reissued in 1991 #2157 Magic Scan Checkout Counter. This is the same as #2102 except the #2157 does not have a yellow carrying handle on the register above the receipt.
