These figures roll on wooden wheels and do not have a pull string. This toy is not numbered. Accessories: FPT4107 - Elmer wears blue overalls, a red bow tie, and a small red hat on his head. He holds a small yellow bag in his hands. Rolls on 4 bead wheels. Marked "W.D. Ent.". Variations: None. Other Information: This figure was also used in 1936-1937's #483 Walt Disney's Carnival.
