The toy has a suction cup base with 3 friendly sea creatures attached via nautical ropes so they will stay within baby's reach. Designed for children ages 6 to 24 months old. Accessories: FPT19072 - Tall blue suction cup base with a printed smiling face and white sailor's cap on top. The base has 3 red and white nautical ropes attached to the sides with attached sea creatures on the end of the ropes. The creatures include a green turtle that scoops and holds water, a yellow floating duck that squirts water, and a red floating whale that squirts water. WFL: 07-AF-23-4-B Variations: None.
