Pluto has a black rope tail and a square red wooden cart attached to his back. There is a wooden cut out duck with wooden arms and paper lithographs of Donald Duck on the sides in the cart. Donald moves his arm with a black rubber whip as Pluto "runs" pulling the cart. The cart rolls on 2 blue wooden wheels. Measures 15-3/4" long, 9-1/2" high, 4-1/2" wide.
